Returns

At this time, we don’t accept returns for coffee bags, except if they are damaged upon inspection after delivery. As for gear and apparel, we offer refunds or replacements for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States and APO/FPO using USPS as our shipping carrier. For all kinds of orders, we charge a $7.96 flat rate with expedited shipping. For orders of $50 or more, we offer free shipping.

How long does it take to process my order?
We are a family owned business but work hard to process every order within 48 hours.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Payments.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing or canceling an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. We recommend emailing (support@alwaysfaithfulcoffee.store) immediately if there is an issue with your order. Your email should include CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER #___ in the subject line. Our customer service team is available for immediate order changes from Monday to Friday at 8 AM - 5 PM EST. We will always do our best to make sure that you’ll get what you need, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships out.

How can I track my order?
When we ship out your package, we will send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order.

How do I enter discount codes?
Before you click "COMPLETE MY PURCHASE” on the last page, there will be a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered the code, click "APPLY". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

We are available from Monday to Friday, at 8-5 PM EST.

How should I store this coffee? How long will it last?
To preserve the fresh roasted flavor of your beans for as long as possible, store them in the air tight container they are shipped in at room temperature. Whole beans will generally stay fresh for up to four weeks. Ground coffee will generally stay fresh for up to three weeks.

We ship anywhere in the United States and APO/FPO.

What are the shipping rates?
$7.96 flat rate with expedited shipping on all orders.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Once we hand over the orders to USPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive your purchased order.
